
Field Sales Associate (Commission-Based)

About the Role
Drive new business growth through prospecting, cold outreach, and on-site presentations to property managers, business owners, event organizers, and construction firms across Florida and Virginia. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential and residual income on recurring contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads in your assigned territory through cold visits, calls, and networking
- Conduct on-site security needs assessments and present tailored proposals
- Build referral pipelines with property managers, GCs, event planners, and HOAs
- Manage your pipeline and activities in the company CRM
- Coordinate handoff to operations once contracts are signed
- Hit and exceed quarterly new-revenue targets
Qualifications
- Self-starter with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Prior B2B field sales, door-to-door, or service industry experience preferred
- Comfort with cold outreach and consultative selling
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Smartphone or tablet for CRM access in the field
