Project Manager

About the Role

Lead the end-to-end execution of large security contracts spanning multiple posts and client sites. Coordinate field operations, scheduling, billing, and client communication to keep accounts profitable, compliant, and growing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of assigned security contracts from kickoff through renewal
• Develop and maintain project plans, post orders, and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure adequate staffing and coverage
• Track KPIs around incident response, attendance, and client satisfaction
• Manage account budgets, billing accuracy, and profitability targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
• Drive contract renewals, scope expansions, and operational improvements

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project or operations management experience (security, facilities, or staffing industries preferred)
• Demonstrated success managing multi-site service contracts
• Strong proficiency with project management, scheduling, and CRM tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred
